1. Sleeping very late at night or sleeping early in the morning. Sleeping early at night isn’t just made for kids to follow, but for adults also. Sleeping at 9pm or 10pm can work wonders in your body. When you sleep early, you’ll wake up feeling refreshed. The way you sleep and wake up affects your mood all through the day. Be sure to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours every night.
2. Reading in the bed. Before you know it, it’s midnight and you need to wake up early so you wake up groggy and moody. Well, keep a rule that books should be off limits on your bed, even kindle. Use your couch or your coffe table as your reading place and your bed for sleep only. And ofcourse, for some lovin’ too.
3. Facebook, Facebook, Facebook. And Did I say Facebook? Okay, so almost all of us are guilty of facebooking from morning to night to early morning. Surfing very late at night will surely keep you up. The computer’s screen is very bright and it won’t just be ruining your sleep only but your eyes as well.
